Horsham council will host a community ‘drop-in’ session at the Dudley Cornell pavilion on June 27 between 4pm and 6pm.
Female-friendly change rooms, public toilets, a sheltered barbecue and two art pieces created at recent Northfest events will be located within the park. However, the exact positions have not been decided.
Horsham council’s recreation and project officer Mandy Kirsopp said she would want to hear from people and families who use the park.
“Although our current focus is the placement of change rooms we want to understand movement patterns and usage of the park because this is an important recreation facility that is shared by many,” she said.
“We want to know what attracts people to the park and what facilities might be added to encourage them and their family to spend more time in the park.”
