A report to council at its meeting on Tuesday night said that pensioner concession applications lodged in the previous year would be applicable during the 2018/19 financial period. The report said the waiver would be placed on the same rateable land unless the person advised council that a waiver was no longer sought.
The report said the rebate showed an increase from $223.80 to $229.40, which is a 2.5 per cent rise. The fire services property levy pension rebate would remain at $50. However, only one concession would apply per property.
