The stage includes creating one additional accessible parking bay and upgrading an existing park.
Horsham Rural City Council’s community development manager Anne Donovan said the final part of the project was about providing accessible parking that meet current standards.
Ms Donovan said the existing accessible bay on May Park Terrace would be widened and lengthened to provide safe access from vehicles. She said a new standard size accessible park would be created adjacent to the existing bay.
Ms Donovan said a valid disabled parking permit was required to use the new parking bays.
The revitalisation project included a new amenities block with a changing places facility to cater for people with severe to profound disabilities. The playground area was also upgraded with new equipment to cater for children of all abilities.
