The team is made up of the best players in the western region with Combe the sole representative from the Horsham Cricket Association.
Come said to be named captain was a huge honour.
“When you think about the number of players in the region to be named in the team is a huge honour and to be named captain is just crazy,” he said.
“I had a pretty consistent season and feel privileged to play for such a great club. To cap it off with both the one and two-day premierships was fantastic.”
Warrnambool and South West Cricket supplied four players each to the team.
“Obviously the more representatives we can get from Horsham the better but there are quite a few strong leagues down Warrnambool way, and the team is predominately made up of players from that region,” Combe said.
