Kindergartens in the three towns will each receive a share of $1.64 million through the government’s Children’s Facilities Capital Program minor grants round.
The program provides money to improve outdoor play spaces and buy electronic equipment.
Horsham’s Goodstart Early Learning Centre will receive $1500; Rainbow Kindergarten will receive $1316, and Warracknabeal Memorial Kindergarten will receive $1497.
Member for Western Victoria Jaala Pulford said all kinders would use their grants to buy new computers.
“We’re giving our littlest Victorians the best start to life by improving their kinders and their services,” she said.
“These upgrades will give young residents in the Wimmera an even better kindergarten experience.”
