The Ewes were put to the test by the Swifts, but the home crowd helped them advance in a 29-26 victory.
In the other semi-final at Dock Lake on Sunday, Harrow-Balmoral accounted for Kalkee 36-22 to book a preliminary final contest against the Swifts.
In the 15 and under competition, Taylors Lake won through to the decider after beating Pimpinio by just four goals on Saturday.
The Lakers won 27-23 with Pimpinio now set to face Kalkee for a spot in the grand final. The Kees also won a close game, defeating Noradjuha-Quantong 27-24 on Sunday to knock the Bombers out of finals.
In the 13 and under competition, Pimpinio and Laharum both had good wins.
The Tigers defeated Kalkee 28-12 on Saturday to earn a week off and go straight to the grand final, while Laharum had a 45-29 win against Edenhope-Apsley on Sunday.
