More than 400 people travelled from across the state to attend the unique event which is held in a marquee in the middle of a barley paddock.
Music was provided throughout the day, with Swan Hill band Seven Car Pileup getting everyone up on the dancefloor in the afternoon.
It was the 23rd year the unique event had been held, with tickets selling out in under a day.
Rupanyup Major Events president Tess Healy said she wanted to thank everyone who made the day possible.
“This event helps put the town on the map. I wouldn’t be able to this without the committee who help make my job as president a lot easier,” she said.
She said the event had been a real community effort, with members of local groups such as the Lion Club volunteering their time to help out.
Money raised from the banquet will be put back into the Rupanyup community.
