Cross, nee Reinheimer, will lead the Saints with her mother Debbie again joining on as assistant coach.
Saints netball director Cara Miller said it was exciting to have both coaches sign on in an attempt to win a third-straight Wimmera Netball Association flag.
“We were so excited to get her back and after winning back-to-back premierships it was tempting for her to go for the hat-trick,” she said.
“She will again be assisted by her mother Debbie and they are an awesome coaching team. We are very lucky to have them.”
The side will again feature plenty of young firepower next season.
“The side is really exciting and young with Maggie Caris and Lavinia Fox who will keep coming back next season,” Miller said.
“We have young Abbie Hallam too and Ash Grace who is a great on-court leader.”
Miller said Cross was a great leader as a playing coach.
“She is calm under pressure and has a really good way of inspiring the young players,” she said.
“She brings a lot of experience and is supported by her mother who has a great netball brain.”
