Horsham Agricultural Society are transforming Maydale Pavilion into a German beer hall from 2pm to 10pm.
Secretary Andrea Cross said the day would showcase all things German from the music to the dances, outfits and beer.
“In the pavilion we will have the beer hall and leading out is the new beer garden, which will launch a silo bar,” she said. “A Jazz band kicks of the festivities from 2pm followed by authentic German songs by Voices of Wimmera.
“In the beer hall we have the Adelaide Accordion Orchestra and the Wimmera Oompah Band who will alternate. From 8pm we are featuring Wimmera DJs.”
Mrs Cross said there will be German dance lesson and a range of competitions such as stein holding and the best dress quest.
“This is a great opportunity to try new experiences and taste German beer,” she said.
Tickets for the 18 and over event is $25 when purchased online or $30 at the door.
