Matthew Williams and Liam Offer will return having both played with Horsham United prior to their merger with Natimuk in 2014.
Offer and Williams have played for Minyip-Murtoa in the Wimmera league the last few seasons.
Offer said the pair were feeling positive about returning to their first club.
“We both wanted to give back to the club that gave us a start,” he said.
“We played senior footy at United as 15-year-olds way back – we’re both getting close to life memberships and we’ve got some good connections at the club so it’s a good time to come back.”
The Rams look set to have a young team in 2019, with a number of players coming into senior football from Natimuk United’s strong under-17s team.
The under-17s finished second on the ladder and lost just one regular season match last season.
Offer said the young team provided himself and Williams a chance to step into leadership roles at the club.
“As we get a bit older it feels like time to give back and teach the younger ones coming up,” he said.
“We’re looking forward to having an influence on the younger kids.”
Head coach Sam Anson said he was excited for what the pair would bring to the club.
“They’re going to provide a lot of experience and a lot of leadership,” he said. “For them it’s a travel factor and the chance to join a really great family club.”
