Homers proved too good for Jung, who were an outside chance after making 136 and claiming the late wicket of Simon Hopper for a duck on day one.
The Tigers also looked dangerous with the ball early on day two, but Craig Britten was eventually able to settle and put together a match winning innings of 67.
Britten came to the crease at 1-3 and departed with Homers at 4-100, needing just 37 more runs to win.
Homers captain Jarrod Combe said Britten was the main man.
"I thought Craig did that fantastically," he said.
"His first five or six overs he struggled to get into it, but once the spinners came on he really dictated terms and swung the game right back into our favour. In a five over period where he would've scored 30-40 runs I reckon."
After he made 64 in last season's grand final, Britten said he is developing a love of the big games.
"I have a bit of a joke around with the boys that I'm a big game player," Britten said.
"But I just love the contest and love the big games. It's really fun to play in and to do well."
Homers looked comfortable with Britten at the crease, and when he departed Jarrod Combe (17 not out) came in and was able to guide his side to victory.
While the batsmen did their part on Sunday, it was the bowling of Eddie Landwehr and Chris Hopper that put them in the right spot, both taking three wickets on day one.
Combe said restricting Jung to 136 was pivotal to the win.
"The boys bowled fantastic yesterday to hold them to 136, it really set us up," he said.
Combe said it was an incredible season for the club.
"To finish off the season with a one-day and two-day premiership, and the C Grade winning yesterday, the 16s, 14s, it's a fantastic effort from a club point of view to come away with all those premierships," Combe said. "It is reward for a lot of hard work that we've put in throughout the season."
For the Jung Tigers, they will hope to learn from the experience of playing in their first A Grade grand final in almost twenty years.
Captain Angus Adams said the Tigers young core of players will benefit from the experience.
"The fact that we made it here certainly shows we are heading in the right direction," Adams said at the awards ceremony after the match. "Maybe next year."
Full scoreboards from all three Horsham Cricket Association grand finals will be in Wednesday's edition of the Wimmera Mail-Times.
