Kaniva Sergeant Darren Wright said he and Horsham's Criminal Investigation Unit headed out to the rural property on Friday, after being notified of the theft of an undisclosed large amount of livestock.
"At this stage there are no suspects, and we believe the theft occurred some time in the past week," he said.
"All the sheep stolen were ewes and lambs, and we are seeking assistance from anyone who can provide information."
Sergeant Wright said anyone with information could contact 5382 9200 or Crimestoppers on 1800 333 000.
The Mail-Times has contacted Horsham CIU for further comment.
On Tuesday, Horsham Police Detective Acting Sergeant Travis Kerr said the value of the sheep stolen was estimated to be $75,000.
