Kaniva police are investigating a fire that was deliberately lit in a public toilet block in town on Sunday.

A Country Fire Authority spokesperson said the fire was discovered after 1.25pm at Band Park on Progress Street, and was extinguished at 1.36.
Sergeant Darren Wright said the fire was in the male toilets.
"At this stage we have no suspects, and there was no damage to the toilets," he said.
"Anyone with information is urged to call Kaniva police on 5392 2244."
