Patrols nabbed the 28-year-old man allegedly going 201km/h in a 100km/h zone on Horrocks Highway, just north of Clare, about 9.30pm on Friday.
He has been banned from driving for six months.
The driver was among the fastest of almost 145,000 speeders caught in 2018/19.
The fastest was a Mercedes Benz driver who was travelling at 206km/h in a 110km/h zone in March.
