An Ambulance Victoria spokeswoman said six patients were assessed on scene after the accident near River Road around 5.30pm.
"A teenage girl has been taken to Wimmera Base Hospital in a stable condition with minor injuries." she said.
The Bureau of Meteorology has issued a severe weather warning for damaging winds across most of Victoria through Wednesday and early Thursday.
On Wednesday afternoon, VicRoads urged drivers to beware of falling branches and debris on the road, and to move parked cars under cover - away from trees.
"It's the responsibility of drivers to make sure their load is secure when travelling with a ute, trailer or truck," the body said in a statement.
"Debris often causes road closures and disruptions, and can lead to serious injury. Drivers must pay attention to overhead signals, as speeds on freeways and elevated roads can be reduced if winds increase.
"Should they encounter fallen power lines, motorists must stay well clear and immediately call Triple Zero."
