The Storm host last-placed Gold Coast on Sunday afternoon and see it as the perfect time to reclaim their once-feared home ground advantage.
The Storm may be on top of the competition ladder but it's come off the success of their away wins rather than at home.
Of the four losses they've had this season, three have come at home - and two in the past three weeks, including last week's shock loss to Canberra.
"We don't like losing at home any time and our away record is better than our home record this year which is a bit disappointing for us," Bellamy said.
"It's something that hopefully we can be a bit better at tomorrow."
Sunday's clash looks like a gimme on paper, but Bellamy says the Titans are better than their ladder position suggests.
They are coming off a 36-18 loss to Parramatta but Bellamy thinks they are an improved side with former Storm halfback Ryley Jacks in their line-up.
After surrendering an 18-0 lead to lose to the Raiders, the Storm were put through a torrid week at training and the master coach hoped the response would be obvious.
"It hasn't been all doom and gloom - if someone has said at the start of the year that at round 23 you would have had four losses, and none bigger than four points, you would have grabbed that with both hands," Bellamy said.
"But the circumstances last week were a bit surprising and disappointing.
"We'll see how we respond this week - we cleaned a few things up with our review and things we need to do better and hopefully we can get back to playing the footy we know we can play."
Super-sub Brandon Smith will make a surprise return from an ankle injury which was expected to keep him out until finals.
"We didn't think he'd be back this week and I was a bit surprised how good he was and he's done everything with the rest of the players in the two sessions we've had so I don't think he's in any doubt," Bellamy said.
