Minyip Murtoa under 17 footballer Oliver Garth-Lindsay was the round 15 winner of the Blue Ribbon Foundation's Spirit of Football Award.

Oliver has tremendously improved his football skills over the past few years and developed into one of the leaders of the Minyip-Murtoa under 17s. He can play in numerous positions on the field, often in the one game, and this has allowed him to become a versatile player. Despite work commitments Oliver always makes an effort to attend training to work hard on his game.
With continued determination, Oliver will become a fine player among the Minyip/Murtoa senior ranks in the years to come.
The Round 15 winner of the Wimmera League Spirit of Netball award was Horsham Demons 17 & under player Ella Janetzki.
Ella is a respected player and member of the Horsham Football Netball Club. She holds the position of co-captain of the Horsham Demons 17 & under side this year and demonstrates excellent leadership on and off the court. She is an absolute pleasure to have in the team and around the club.
Ella is a determined goalie and has the ability to change a game. She always gives 100 per cent, week in week out, and is supportive of her teammates.
This year, Ella has taken a step up to senior netball as a development player and has shown poise and maturity.
HORSHAM & DISTRICT LEAGUE
The round 17 winner of the Spirit of Football Award went to Patrick Mills of the Kalkee under 17s. Paddy is a loyal member of the Kalkee Football Netball Club. He has played his entire junior footy at Kalkee, progressing through to his first full season of under 17s from Auskick.
Paddy is a great team player, always listening and encouraging his teammates. He has clean skills, playing in the midfield and forward line or whereever he is needed. He also enjoys running the water each week for the senior players. Paddy is a worthy recipient of this award.
The round 17 winner of the Spirit of Netball Award was Harrow Balmoral's Olivia Muldoon.
Olivia is the proud captain of the Harrow Balmoral Football Netball Club under 17s for her second year.
Olivia is a member of the Northern Zone Netball Victoria Academy, along with being fortunate enough to play in the HBFNC A Grade team.
She is a very versatile player who plays mainly goal attack and midcourt and is an extremely disciplined player.
Olivia is looking forward to the HDFNL finals in both the under 17 and A Grade competitions.
