Delahunty has taken his game to another level in 2019, playing predominately as a ruckman and averaging a remarkable 26 disposals per game.
Delahunty is also the favourite to claim the Sandover Medal for the league's best and fairest, after finishing third last season.
Delahunty was named at centre-half-forward in the team of the year alongside three of his Subiaco teammates.
Subiaco won its way through to the grand final last weekend with a 34-point win against South Fremantle in the first semi-final.
The side now have a bye before the grand final next weekend.
