Sergeant Bill Alford said the drivers were detected in separate incidents on Banyena Road on Monday.
Police detected a man, 27, driving 152km/h in a 100km/h zone on Banyena Road, at Traynors Lagoon about 7.30pm. He had a baby, 18-months, in the backseat.
"The man will appear at court at a later date. Police decided to take court action due to the child being in the car at the time of the incident," Sergeant Alford said.
In a separate incident, police caught a South Australian resident, 32, driving 151km/h on the same road.
Sergeant Alford said the person was issued a penalty notice of $830 and had their licence suspended on the spot for a period of 12 months.
