Students in years two to six at Horsham West Primary perform songs, dances and a rendition of the national anthem in sign-language to the organisation's elderly residents.
The idea was the brainchild of manager Barb Cavanagh, who began at Ingenia Gardens in May.
"I rang around all the schools in Horsham seeing if they would be open to the idea a few months ago," she said.
"It's great to have kids interact with the residents - a lot of them don't have grandchildren living in the region, so it gives them a bit of a lift.
"It also makes the children more aware of what it means to be an older person, they can understand things like how they can't get around as easily."
Mrs Cavanagh said she hoped to stage more events of this kind in the future.
