Batting first against the newly-promoted Colts, Mock opened the batting and calmly piled on the runs for the Tigers, finishing not out on 105.
Mock, 18, said it was an enjoyable day at the crease.
"I think it's just my lucky day," he said. "I haven't really been able to piece together a few runs for a while.
"I just took it one ball at a time and made the most of my opportunities.
"I always enjoy being out there with a good bunch of mates, playing against good quality opposition that just enjoys cricket. It's just as much a social thing as it is a competitive thing.
"It was a good opportunity today, and hopefully we can keep it going for the rest of the season."
Making the occasion even more special for Mock was playing in the same side as his father, Simon.
The duo even occupied the crease together - albeit for the final ball of the innings.
The Mock duo was one of four father-son combinations in action for the Tigers, with Jason and Joel Pymer, David and Tyler Puls, and Steven and Samuel Leith all donning the whites together.
Mock said he loved playing alongside his Dad.
"There's nothing quite like it. There are not many sports you can play with your Dad," he said. "Having four father-son combos today makes it all the better."
Mock's performance was accompanied by solid cameos from Marty Knight (27), Sam Leith (27), Angus Adams (24) and Tyler Puls (22), helping the Tigers to an impressive total of 230.
In reply, Colts appeared in the hunt after a solid start, with opener Dylan Arnott (45) top scoring. But once Arnott departed with the side at 4-102, the final result never looked in doubt. Colts finished all out for 153 after 37 overs.
In other contests, Laharum secured its first win of the season against Noradjuha-Toolondo.
Batting first, Laharum found themselves 2-26 before vital contributions from Ben Peucker (69), Daniel Griffiths (45) and Jeremy Tyler (45).
Chasing 159, Noradjuha-Toolondo was left reeling after quick wickets saw them at 5-50. David Combe (41) and John Heard (39) offered some fight down the order, but could only see the Bullants through to 158 at the end of their innings.
The Horsham Saints also notched up their first win, seeing off Rup/Minyip by 53 runs. Ben Sawyer starred for the Saints, collecting 36 runs and figures of 1-17 off his eight overs.
Bailey Young was Rup-Minyip's best, notching a team-high 33 runs to accompany his four wickets.
Blackheath-Dimboola forfeited its game against Homers, citing a lack of available players.
