The special cups, which read, "Respect women. Call it out" are available at Figtree Caffe, Cafe Jas, Cheeky Fox, Laneway Cafe and Cafe Red Cherry until sold out.
The selling of the cups coincides with the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women on Monday.
It marks the start of the United Nations' 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence campaign from Monday until December 10.
Cafe Red Cherry owner Lyn Rogers said the cafe was selling coffee in the cups at a discounted price.
"We fully support the cause and want to spread the word," she said.
Our Watch chairwoman Natasha Stott Despoja said in Australia, on average, one woman a week was killed by her current or former partner.
"The research evidence tells us that disrespectful attitudes and behaviours are part of the culture that can drive violence against women," she said.
