Richardson will line up for St Therese in the grand final of Victoria's premier men's netball league, before kitting out in Parkville Panthers' colours for the showcase fixture of the mixed competition.
"The men's league season has been pretty good. We're a new team. This is the first time St Therese has entered a men's team in the MLeague competition," Richardson said.
"We started really strong. We had a bit of a dip in the middle of the season, but we've finished really strong.
St Therese will play the Geelong Cougars in the MLeague grand final after claiming a 15-goal win against Sirens in last week's semi-final.
"The semi-final was actually really impressive. We had played (Sirens) twice, and we had won one and lost one, so we knew it could go either way. We came out and played a really strong four quarters, and everyone did their role," Richardson said.
"Geelong took the title last year, and we haven't been able to beat them yet. They've got a really strong list as well. It's a final, so you never say never, but we're going in the underdogs, which isn't necessarily a bad thing."
Richardson's undefeated Panthers mixed team will also compete against the Geelong Cougars for the title.
"We've had an amazing year. I'm not going to undersell it, we've had a really good year," he said.
"The best thing about playing with the Panthers is that we go out there and have fun and the results sort of come about organically."
