Tickets to the event went on sale online at 9am on Monday morning, with all tickets added to carts by 9:03am and eventually sold out by 9:08am.
Nearly 200 people are expected to attend the fine-dining experience, showcasing local food and wine prepared by a team of highly-acclaimed chefs.
Wine and Dine is organised by Murtoa Events, an offshoot of the Murtoa Progress Association, comprising of young residents with ideas to showcase the town.
Murtoa Events secretary Derek Reid said dining in the idyllic setting remained a hot ticket.
"The concept has been really well received, and the interest is definitely still there," Mr Reid said.
"Just by messages on social media, there were a few people who got in earlier this year after missing out before, and we've got a few repeat offenders too."
Last year's inaugural Wine and Dine was hailed a success by committee members, with attendees from the Wimmera and beyond praising the venue and the food.
Tickets to last year's event sold out in 10 minutes.
Mr Reid said last year's success had buoyed preparations for this year's event.
"The first year, like any new event, is just feeling the water and seeing how it is received," he said.
"Even after the first year, long before now, the Stick Shed (committee) themselves and our social media platforms got continuous inquiries about it.
"It's a brilliant focus for the town. We've had people commenting asking questions about the event from Western Australia, Queensland and around the country."
This year's Wine and Dine has attracted the services of acclaimed Melbourne-based chefs Dallas Reilly, Nicola Romano and Laharum's Deidre Baum.
Baum was a guest chef at last year's event and driving force in the foundation of Wine and Dine.
Food writer Hilary McNevin will entertain guests as the event's MC.
"We're really, really happy with the lineup," Mr Reid said.
"It's good from our perspective. Hopefully its good from their perspective, the novelty of cooking in something like the Stick Shed."
