Lloyd was one of three Sydney Swans selected for the highly anticipated match at Melbourne's Marvel Stadium on Friday, February 28.
Each AFL club nominated eight players for selection.
Lloyd, a former Horsham Demon, will lineup alongside the likes of Dustin Martin, Patrick Dangerfield and Marcus Bontempelli for the Big V.
The Victorian side will be coached by Richmond's two-time premiership coach Damien Hardwick.
The match will raise money for bushfire affected communities across the country.
The AFL, in association with clubs and the AFL players association, have already committed a $2.5 million donation through the Australian Red Cross Disaster Relief and Recovery fund.
Tickets are still available for the clash.
