It comes as Wimmera residents continue to stock up on essential items in response to the spread of the coronavirus strain known as COVID-19.
In a statement to the Mail-Times on Sunday, a spokeswoman said it had made changes to ensure everyone had access to staple foods.
"To continue to allow everyone the opportunity to purchase staple items, the following purchase limits are currently in place at all Coles stores, online and at Coles Express sites," it said.
"One pack per person:
- Toilet paper
Two items per person:
- Pasta
- Flour
- Dry rice
- Paper towels
- Paper tissues
- Hand sanitisers
- Mince"
A spokeswoman for ALDI supermarkets said it had also imposed a limit of one toilet paper pack per customers nationwide.
The Mail-Times has contacted Horsham Woolworths for comment.
