A woman was airlifted to The Alfred hospital in Melbourne in a stable condition after Tuesday morning's crash.
An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson said paramedics were called to scene, at Wail near Dimboola, about 9.20am.
The woman, believed to be in her 60s, was airlifted to The Alfred in a stable condition and treated for multiple injuries.

A spokesman from Wimmera Health Care Group said two people had presented to the Emergency Department at Wimmera Base Hospital in Horsham this morning from the collision.

The air ambulance has been dispatched to a crash in Dimboola.
Paramedics were called just after 9.20am.
One person, believed to be a female, is trapped.
There are no further details at this stage.

The Western Highway is closed in both directions near Barbers Road due to the collision.
Emergency services are directing traffic.
Motorists are being asked to use Blue Ribbon Road as an alternative and allow extra time.
The closure is under the control of emergency services and will re-open once safe to do so.
Update, 9.59am: Paramedics are on the scene of an accident in Dimboola.
They were called just after 9.20am, according to Ambulance Victoria.
It's believed one person is trapped.There are no further details at this stage.
Earlier: EMERGENCY services are attending a crash involving a car and a truck on the Western Highway at Wail.
The incident occurred about 9.30am on Tuesday.
Emergency services have responded to a request for assistance. Country Fire Authority and State Emergency Service crews are on scene. Police are also attending the incident.
A tow truck has been called.
