TWO Nhill people will face court later this year after the theft of two purebred labradors from Donald last week.

The labradors, one a puppy and one about three or four years old, were allegedly stolen from a Donald address on Wednesday last week.
Nhill Sergeant Matt Currow said police searched a Nhill property about 8.40pm on Saturday and located the two dogs.
Police used a microchip scanner to confirm the identity of the dogs.

Sergeant Currow said the Donald owner was thrilled with their return on Saturday night.
"He is very, very pleased with police," he said.
A man, 45, and a woman, 50, are due to face court later this year.
