A NHILL motorist who allegedly tried to run over a person after damaging their cars and house is due to face court on Monday.
Nhill police attended a Park Street address just before 4pm on Friday.
Police allege the man, 28, used a pick handle to damage two cars belonging to the victim, and also the house.
He is also accused of doing a burnout and drink-driving.
Nhill Sergeant Matt Currow said police would allege the man tried to drive into the victim, who owned the cars and house.
Police arrested the man a short time later.
He was remanded in custody until Monday.
Sergeant Currow said the man's car would be impounded for three months.
