After weeks of saving up her pocket money, five-year-old Ella Ryan has donated her money to Wimmera Health Care Group workers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Belinda Ryan said her daughter Ella was concerned about Wimmera health care workers and people with COVID-19.
"She came home after school one day and asked if she could donate her pocket money to help people at the hospital," Mrs Ryan said.
"She is naturally a very caring girl."
The Horsham Lutheran Primary student said she earned her pocket money helping her mum with laundry, washing dishes, vacuuming and putting her toys away.

Ella presented her money box to Wimmera Health Care Group clinical risk manager Roxanne Tucker on Thursday and asked her to look after the patients.
Wimmera Health Care Group chief executive Catherine Morley said Ella's generous heart should be an inspiration to everyone.
"It's reassuring to know that our future communities will have big hearted people like Ella taking care of people, and making sure our health service and its workers are supported and respected," Ms Morley said.
"She is only in her first year at school and yet she realises how this affects everyone.
"Great work Ella, you're just what the world needs right now."
