Horsham's 'Art is...' festival is inviting residents to submit their favourite photos of family and friends for the Art-is bald Prize competition.
Horsham Rural City Council mayor Mark Radford said the annual photo competition is online this year due to COVID-19 restrictions.
"We are encouraging people to dig out old or new photos and send them in online," Cr Radford said.
"We aren't interested in landscapes, we are focusing on portraits and want nice pictures of people.
"The photos can be from your iPhone or 30 years old."
'Art is...' is an annual regional community arts festival held in Horsham. The festival offers a diverse program of performing and visual arts, incorporating performance, workshops, exhibitions and film.
The portraits can be of one person or a small group of people, and there is a limit of two entries per person per category.
During the first week of August, the entries will be judged by local photographers. Members of the public can also vote online for the People's Choice Award.
Entries will close on Friday the 31st of July and prizes will be awarded for each category.
Go to the festival website https://www.artiswimmera.com/art-is-bald to upload your portrait photos.
