There was no change to the number of active cases across the region on Sunday.
Horsham remains with two active cases of COVID-19, and Ararat with one.
There are no active cases in West Wimmera, the Northern Grampians, Yarriambiack, or Hindmarsh shires.
It comes as Victoria reported 208 more active COVID-19 cases on Sunday and 17 more deaths.
11 of the 17 deaths were linked to outbreaks in aged care facilities.
415 people have died from the coronavirus in Victoria.

It was a slight increase on the previous two days of growth in Victoria.
The total number of active cases recorded in the state since the pandemic begun is now 18,231.
