Today we learned that the journey was not yet over.
While there would be a little easing - a social bubble for those on their own, a few more people who we could meet outside - the COVID-19 numbers across regional Victoria need to drop further before we could return to "normal".
We need to do this "properly" or it would be back in a few weeks time, Premier Daniel Andrews said.
