On Saturday September 5, at roughly 2.10pm, an unknown female entered OTR at Dimboola Road in Horsham.
The woman used a counterfeit $100 note to pay for various goods, before she rode away on a pink bicycle.

Police have released a picture of the person they would like to contact who could help them with their inquiries.
