
There have been no new deaths and only two new cases of coronavirus in Victoria, as of the latest Department of Health and Human Services report.
Melbourne's 14-day average of cases has dropped to 8.7, while regional Victoria's remains on 0.6.
The last case of coronavirus assigned to a Wimmera council area was on September 13, when a resident of Horsham Rural City tested positive. However, this person was in Melbourne when they contracted the virus and stayed for the entire period they were infectious.
