
Premier Daniel Andrews announced indoor gyms and fitness spaces will be able to open for up to 20 people from 11:59pm, Tuesday October 27 in regional Victoria.
This step from easing restrictions will still come with density rules - a maximum of ten per space and a density of one person per 8 square metres.
Mr Andrews also announced indoor pools will open to 20 people.
"Indoor sport will begin for those 18 and under," he said.
"Food courts can open. Live music can resume as part of outdoor hospitality.

"School graduations can be held within school communities.
"And for religious celebrations, 20 people can gather together indoors with their faith leader - or 50 outdoors."
Mr Andrews said regional Victorians should be proud of this success.
"Everyone should be proud of this success. Because soon, it will belong to our whole state," he said.
"From hundreds of cases to single digits, we have driven this virus down."
He said more test results needed to be processed before restrictions in metropolitan Melbourne could be further eased.

"This is not a setback. It is simply waiting and being led by the data, being led by the science, and following public health advice," he said.
"That is what has seen these numbers go from thousands of active cases to now, 100 active cases.
"That is the approach that has seen us go from 700 plus cases per day to seven cases.
"This is the strategy, it is working, but it is appropriate just to be doubly sure that there is not more virus out there in the northern suburbs then we think."
