
Victoria reports two new COVID-19 cases and two deaths
Victoria has recorded two new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours.
Sadly, a further two lives have been lost as a result of the virus.
On October 28, the 14-day average in regional Victoria is 0.
In metropolitan Melbourne the average is 2.7, with three cases reported to an unknown source.
Yesterday there were zero new cases and no lost lives reported.
