
For a tenth consecutive day, Victoria has recorded no new cases or deaths from coronavirus.
Monday's Department of Health and Human Services data shows there were 10,653 tests conducted in the 24 hours to 11.59pm on Sunday.
There are no active cases in the Wimmera and Grampians regions, and only four statewide.

As of 11.59pm last night, Melbourne has reached the third step of restrictions easing.
Regional Victoria has been in this position since September 16.
The state will take last step before COVID-normal - allowing for larger crowd gatherings - when there have been zero new cases in the community for more than 14 days.
Premier Daniel Andrews has said this will happen from November 22.
