A total of 41,690 students sat the Victoria's 2020 VCE English exam on Tuesday, among them 27 students at Horsham's St Brigids College.
It marks the beginning of the exam period, and follows a year of uniquely difficult disruptions to VCE studies due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Nonetheless, the Horsham students found reasons to smile following the exam's conclusion, with most saying they were happy with how they went.
Students can receive their 2020 results via email, the internet resultsandatar.vic.edu.au and the VCE Results and Australian Tertiary Admission Rank app from 7.00am on Wednesday December 30.
Statements of results will arrive in the mail from Wednesday 6 January.
