The 2020-2021 season has been significantly delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, with group indoor sport still disallowed for people over the age of 18.
However, from November 23, adults can return to training indoors with groups of up to 20 people.
Horsham Amateur Basketball Association president Jon Fitzgerald said it was a situation of "wait and see" to determine what a CBL season could look like.
"It's still a bit up in the air about what might happen," he said.
"From a Horsham perspective, we're just going to go with whatever we can. If they can get a comp going, we'll put our teams in."

Horsham Lady Hornets coach Tony Sleep said his players were keen to participate in competitive basketball this summer.
"At the end of the day, we just want to see some sport played - but it's not in our hands," Sleep said.
"Hopefully with the next lot of restrictions easing we can get some good news and a better idea of how everything will look moving forward.
"We are hopeful of getting a season to participate in."
The basketball association is also currently advertising for a men's Hornets coach after the retirement of last year's coach Tim Pickert.
Meanwhile, junior basketball returned to fill the Horsham Basketball Stadium for training during the week.
"It's great to have basketball back in some capacity," Mr Fitzgerald said.
"Hopefully soon enough everyone can be back."
