THERE are no active COVID-19 cases in Victoria for the first time since February 21.
Premier Daniel Andrews confirmed the state recorded zero new cases and zero deaths on Tuesday.
It was the 25th consecutive day of 'double doughnuts'.

- Mr Andrews said the final active case was cleared from the virus and discharged from hospital on Monday.
It came as Victoria's chief health officer urged people who have been to Altona, Benalla, and Portland to get tested if they have any coronavirus symptoms.
Professor Brett Sutton said the three areas recorded positive COVID-19 wastewater samples.
He said residents and visitors to Altona and suburbs like Altona Meadows, Laverton, Point Cook, and Sanctuary Lakes between November 16 and November 18 should come forward for testing.
Residents and people who visited Benalla and Portland between November 15 and November 17 were also urged to get tested if they have even the mildest of symptoms.
Interstate truck drivers entering Victoria from South Australia were also being asked to get tested in response to that state's COVID-19 outbreak.
