The market will be on Saturday, February 6, from 9am to 1pm.
This comes after December's Haven market was cancelled due to poor weather conditions, and January's market was not able to run.
Haven Market coordinator, Sue Exell said since the market moved to an outside venue, organisers have been able to fit in more stalls.

"Since we have been able to open up the market we've had a heap more storeholders come along," she said.
"In our normal space we had too many people, so we ended up having to move it out the back onto a soccer field. So there is a lot more space, and a lot more parking."
The last Haven Market to run, in November, trialed the COVID-safe outdoor setting, which organisers said was a success.
Indoors, the Haven Market had a capacity of 30 - 40 stalls. The new venue allows up to 100.
Mrs Exell said Haven Market has lots of local goods on offer, from fresh produce, to homemade crafts and plants.
"We'll have quite a lot of stalls, with some really quality products and produce that is coming," she said.
"It is definitely worth people coming to check out."
All patrons attending Haven Market must check in via QR code and adhere to 1.5m social distancing.
