At the regionals, Thomas won four gold, Seanna won two gold and two bronze and Macyi won four silver. These wins moved them all on to compete in four events at the State Championships.
President of the Horsham Little Athletics Centre Nigel Binney said a number of athletes achieved personal bests at regionals.
"I expect some to improve even more at State Championship level," he said.
"For many athletes, regionals was the first time they have competed on a synthetic track with high standard facilities.
"State Champs have an amazing atmosphere with so many centres represented and elite young athletes on show.
"We encourage our athletes to try to soak it all up and just do their best. But most importantly to have fun."
From Horsham, 22 athletes participated at regional championships Ballarat across the weekend and all took a medal home.
Thomas said his favourite event is the 100 and 300 metres hurdles.
"Getting to state championships is a big achievement for us all," he said,
Seanna said her favourite events are javelin and 100 metre sprint. She said she enjoys athletics because it's a "good atmosphere."
In javelin, Seanna threw a personal best and broke a regional record at the Ballarat regionals, with 27 metres and 16 inches.
She said her sports icon is Riley Day.
Mayci said she enjoyed the challenge of the 1500 metre race.
Mr Binney said he is really pleased to sustain membership of over 130 athletes across the last three years.
"This season was always going to be challenging, but through the hard work of our committee and volunteers each week; and of course dedicated athletes; we've managed to have a really successful one," he said.
