Graham will line up for the Panthers for about "ten games or so" and will be a "handy" addition to the team after his performance in round one.
The youngster kicked three goals against Natimuk on Saturday in an impressive debut.
"The first-half, he dominated he was probably best on ground," Musgrove said.

"I reckon he'll build now and a few games in I think he'll start to tear the comp apart.
"He kept us in the game early when we were against the breeze and yeah he played a pretty big role for us up forward, kicked a few goals and set up a few more."
Graham is also Musgrove's cousin which he said helped get the young gun to the Panthers.
"When we got Jarryd (Dylan's brother)) on board I was pushing pretty hard to get him as well, to try and get us all to play together," he said.
"I was very lucky there towards the start of the year, that he was pretty keen to come down and get a kick for round one and see how he went.
"I haven't had a chance to play any footy with him so it's very exciting to get out there and have a kick with him and obviously a lot of family members are pretty happy with it as well."
OTHER NEWS:
Musgrove believes Graham along with the Panthers other quality recruits, have had a positive impact on the entire playing group.
"Just having those blokes that we recruited come in just lifted the standard (of our players), especially our juniors," he said.
"We had Blakey Turner come through really well with a few contested players that could get it to him on the outside.
"It adds a lot to your side and what it's also has created a lot of buzz around the training track, so blokes know they have to train to get a game and it's got everyone down on the track."
