The Rebels sit second on the NAB League ladder after nine matches and 18-year-old Breuer has made significant contributions in the midfield and off the half-back line for his side.
The Ballarat Grammar student and Horsham Saint has featured in all nine matches this season averaging around 17.6 disposals and a solid five tackles per outing.
Highlights of his season include his standout 30 disposal, one-goal performance against Gippsland Power, followed by his 35 disposal, one-goal effort against the Murray Bushrangers a week later.

His form was rewarded in June when he played for Vic Country in an under 19 trial game against Vic Metro.
Speaking to The Wimmera Mail-Times Breuer was pleased with his performances so far this season, but couldn't speak highly enough of his Rebel's teammates and coaches.
"I've been lucky enough to have a few good games," Breuer said.
"I think it's just the people that surround you. The people like Ben and Cody Bryan from Horsham, having them around makes you feel a little bit more at home and you can relax a bit more."
"We've got an awesome group of coaches and an awesome group of players so so to be sitting second at the moment is a really good opportunity for our team and the Rebels as a whole."
Breuer said being close with Hobbs, someone he has played with most of his life, has helped him through what has been an interrupted season.
"Obviously this year's been difficult," he said.
"I've been really to be training with Ben just about every lockdown we've been into, so he's been a really good person to help keep motivating me and keep pushing me."
On top of the constant lockdowns, Breuer has had to juggle his football and year 12 commitments, something which he said has been "difficult".
"Trying to keep that balance is pretty hard...," he said.
"Luckily school and footy have been really flexible with me so it's helped balance them a lot."
Like most plying their trade in the NAB League, getting drafted to an AFL team is the ultimate goal for Breuer, whenever that may be.

"I'm aspiring to play AFL, whether it's getting drafted this year or having a few years in the VFL...," he said.
Off the field Breuer has plenty of support helping him chase his dream. His father is Shayne Breuer, a Horsham footballing identity who played 125 AFL games between Port Adelaide and Geelong in the 1990s.
The talented teenager admits he is lucky to have someone in his corner as knowledgeable about football as his father.
"I try not to annoy him too much, because I sometimes don't like hearing the truth from him," he joked.
"I'm very lucky to have him as a dad and someone who can help me progress with my footy."
