HORSHAM has just been hit with heavy rainfall, leaving at least two houses in need of SES assistance in the early evening of Sunday, October 3.

An SES spokesperson said two homes are in need of assistance.
AT 6.13pm a house on Derry Parade called about water pouring into the house via a damaged window.
Shortly after at 6.34pm a single story unit at Carter Street called for assistance with a flooded kitchen and a large amount of water coming in through the roof.
Horsham Units are responding to both requests.
According to the Bureau of Meteorology, Horsham received over 8mm of rain since 9am on Sunday, October 3.
Most of which was dumped in the span of 90 minutes - over 4mm from 5pm tp 6.30pm.

SES reminds people to never enter flood water, whether walking or driving.
