Wimmera Health Care Group's board of directors is inviting all community and team members to link into the online event, which will be hosted on October 28.
Board chair Marie Aitken said the community meeting was a chance to learn more about the operations of the health service for the financial year.
"This meeting will provide important information, including a financial report but without the formalities of an annual general meeting," she said.
"There will be a video presentation of the key achievements of 2020/21 and that will be much more interesting than formal speeches."

Ms Aitken said it was an understatement to declare there had never been a financial year like 2020/21.
"We learned a lot about our health service and its community during that time and what we are most impressed with is the absolute resilience shown by the team at Wimmera Health Care Group," she said.
"It would be safe to say we have never been more closely scrutinised and we haven't always made the right choices.
"But I couldn't be more proud of the team members at every level and every department because it has been tough and they are still finding innovative ways to do things better and safer while smiling and maintaining a sense of humour."
To book into the open community meeting, email ceo@whcg.org.au and a responding email will be provided with a calendar invitation and link.
