Preusker's first two Horsham Cup wins came when Magic Consol went back-to-back in 2015-16.
This year's win was one of two victories for Preusker at the meet after Lowanna Magic took out race five.
Fresh off racing in her first Caulfield Cup, where she finished third, Stawell Jockey Linda Meech featured in three races. She came second in the feature on Think We're Due.
Horsham and District Racing Club president Jason Merlo said the day "went off well", however he was disappointed that crowds couldn't attend.
"The track was beautiful, all the trainers said it was sensational," Merlo said.
"Just having no crowds meant no atmosphere.
"It's just a long day. Usually, you're talking to people and owners. You're bringing them into the room and shouting them a few beers.
"You look up that straight and you look where all the tables usually are and the marquees. But anyway we're still racing, we've had our Cup won and run by Preusker. He was very happy."
Merlo was happy with the quality of the field but was frustrated by the number of horses in some of the races.
"It was good but we just get a bit annoyed because what happens with these nominations is that you don't have to pay to nominate your horse in Victoria," he said.
MORE NEWS:
"You know a horse is not running when it's already run on the Friday. Then it pulls out on the Saturday.
"We'll have to have a bit of a talk and see if we can push the point a bit because some of the fields only had six in them."
Merlo's focus now turns to the Club's Santa Day Races scheduled for December 19, which he said will see crowds return.
"We're just onwards and upwards for the Santa Day Races," he said.
"We'll get a crowd there, and hopefully, everybody can support us.
"We'll be right for crowds. We're allowed to have 1500 at least."
