Hornets president Jon Fitzgerald said the unveiling was exciting, and had been a long time in the making after not entering sides in the 2020-21 season.
"It's been a very long eighteen months sort waiting for this moment, a lot of the time has been spent behind the scenes getting organised," he said.
"The Hornets are going to be back in a big way once we finally get back out there."

Fitzgerald said the association could barely wait to get the season, which begins at Horsham Arena on November 27, underway.
"We're super excited, super pumped and really proud to have a lot of new faces around and two great coaches behind the helm."
It was the youth coming through the side that was most exciting, Fitzgerald said.
"We've got some really good juniors coming into these senior teams now, having just finished their junior representative careers.
"They're more than ready to step up into senior basketball.
"Both teams are a good mix of experience and youth... they'll be really fast and fun to watch."
MORE NEWS:
The difficulties of missing eighteen months of basketball muddied the waters, however Fitzgerald said the teams were in a great position.
"We weren't sure how the teams would be structured after having no basketball, no Hornets last season, but we've had an overwhelmingly good response from our tryouts and we were thrilled with the sides that have been picked," he said.
"Both teams are primed and ready for that first game, and really big season ahead."
Talented footballer Sam Breuer is among the team, although Fitzgerald said he wasn't sure what would happen if the young gun was drafted to the AFL.
