Mitch Creek made his G League debut for Long Island Nets on Saturday in New York, in a 115-104 victory against the Westchester Knicks.

Creek, who was recently added to the Nets’ roster for the season, finished the game with 8 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists in his 22 minutes on the court.
He scored most of his points by pushing hard towards the hoop and getting to the free throw line, where he made four of his six attempts.
Creek also had an impressive +/- (plus-minus), a statistic that tracks how the team performed whilst Creek was on the court. He had a +/- of +13, the second highest for his team, meaning the team outscored their opposition by 13 points whilst Creek was on the court.
Creek also had a highlight play seen at the 1:02 minute mark of the below video, splitting the defence with a bounce pass for one his three assists.
Through Long Island, Creek is still hoping to earn his way onto the roster of affiliated NBA side the Brooklyn Nets.
